Flat Roof System
Many properties have extensions with flat, or near flat roofs. Keylite has developed a Flat Roof System (FRS) specifically for this application, which allows daylight into the area beneath.
The Keylite FRS provides all the benefits of natural ventilation and daylight. All Roof Windows within the entire Keylite range can be integrated within an FRS.
The standard Keylite Flat Roof System consists of the following:
- An insulated timber upstand.
- A keylite Centre Pivot Thermal Roof Window
- FRS Flashings to integrate the window onto the timber upstand
