After a Hat-trick of award wins for Keylite Roof Windows, we asked Buidbase’s Regional Managing Director Justin Scarborough, why he thought Keylite Roof Windows deserved to be awarded ‘Supplier of the Year’
Having worked with Keylite for a number of years there are many different reasons why our product sales have continued to grow and they have continued to win our supplier of the year on multiple occasions.
They are always proactive in working with our branch sales teams and external sales teams to identify new leads and customers, organising joint visits and then tracking the lead through to fruition. Keylite are proactive regarding the range we keep in branch, looking at the different make up of our branches and helping us identify the range that works best in each particular area. Buildbase has seen a considerable increase in our collected business, because of this work.
The key to the success is the relationship between the two businesses – we can rely on the Keylite team to meet our expectations, if there is an issue, they resolve it. If we need them to go that extra mile, their team will go out of their way to help. The construction sector is all about people, and Keylite have some of the best.
Keylite keeps us updated with what’s happening at all levels of the business, which has been critical, particularly during the COVID period when stock was short.
