Keylite appoint new Finance Director to continue to drive success

Joining the business with 25 years of experience across a variety of industries, including the building materials sector and pharmaceutical, Joan is keen to support Keylite’s vision for future growth as well as empower her team.

Having previously worked for a division of CRH’s European infrastructure business, Joan was Business Systems Director – supporting ERP implementation, financial transformation and internal control improvements.

Now, as part of her new challenge at Keylite, Joan hopes to align with the needs of the business and its valued customers.

Joan comments: “I am passionate about innovating and automating finance and business processes.

“I look forward to having the opportunity to drive meaningful change, and I will be committed to partnering in strategic decision making and operations to develop and lead programmes related to the finance function.

“My new role is an exciting challenge, and my driving goal will be to support the vision for future profitable growth.”

Alongside using her skills to deliver results at Keylite, Joan also wants to make sure her team achieve their best. She adds: “I am a very positive and tenacious person; I enjoy leading teams and empowering them to reach their potential.
