With its flush glazed, glass to edge design the Select Flat Glass Rooflight offers you the perfect blend of exceptional performance and contemporary styling.
Greater Variety - The Select Flat Glass Rooflight’s are available as a ‘Top only’ option as well as being fully compatible with siteformed upstands, and both PVC upstands or Timber Sloping Kerbs that can be supplied by Keylite to meet the demands of Part L. Increased Size Offering - With the ability to size upwards in 50mm increments the Select Flat Glass Rooflight’s offers the widest range on the market.
Glazing Range - Select Flat Glass Rooflight’s will be supplied with a double glazed glazing element as standard, triple glazing options are available but may be limited to the sizing of the unit. On occasion the glazing element may be dictated by a combination of size and choice of upstand, in this instance the full range of options may not always be available. Thermal Performance - Keylite Select Flat Glass Rooflight’s consist of a thermally broken aluminum frame and boast an impressive 1.3 W/mÇ.K U-Value ensuring they are fully Part L Compliant.
Warm Edge Glazing - Every Keylite Flat Glass Rooflight has a warm edge glazing unit incorporated into it as standard, to enhance the windows performance and reduce the occurrence of condensation.
Additional Safety - The glazing unit of all Keylite Flat Glass Rooflights comprises of a 6mm Toughened outer pane, 16mm Argon gas filled cavity and a 8.8mm laminated inner pane. The lamination between the two inner panes means that were an object to make contact with the glass, if the force is sufficient enough to shatter the glass the lamination ensures the glazing unit remains intact and does not fall causing potential harm to the occupants below.
Increased Security - The unique patented security screw-bolts that mechanically fix the glazed top to the up stand give provide the occupiers with increased peace of mind that the unit cannot be breached through simply removing the glazed top.
Operation - Keylite Flat Glass Rooflights are supplied fixed shut as standard; however additional upgrades to allow for a means of ventilation can also be applied upon request. Installation - All Keylite Flat Glass Rooflights are intended to be installed on roof pitches between 5Æ - 25Æ.
