Employee Spotlight – Sacha Anderson

Introduce yourself and tell us what you do at Keylite?

Sacha Anderson – Area Sales Manager for the Southwest.

How has your first few months been with the team?

My first couple of months have flown by, everyone at Keylite have been great – really helpful. Have received great support with all my training.

What brought you to the company?

I moved during lockdown to the West Country. I have been in the construction industry for many years and was inspired by the product, company and team members.

When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?

I am very passionate about what I do and have very high energy levels. I think it’s important to be organised and have a strategic approach. I feel we have an excellent product to bring to the market and I am very excited about increasing sales throughout the Southwest.

So far, what has been your favourite project?

Recently had the opportunity to attend an amazing site at a reclaimed quarry for Cookswood/Lomax Design and Build introduced by one of our builders merchants – the surrounding land has been purchased to build up to 100no homes. We have been approved as the roof window supplier and it will be a fantastic project to work on.

What have been your biggest accomplishments on our team?

I have made excellent progress with one of our builders merchants! With the support of their two Regional Managers we have launched Keylite Academy with all branches and a sales incentive for Q4! One of the UK’s leading lodge and park home manufacturer – has also approved to switch from one of competitors to us. Finally, I have also secured a meeting with all of SDMs from one of the builders merchants for the Southwest to arrange working closely together going forward.

What is it about you that most people don’t know?

I have run 2 marathons, & quite a few half marathons. I have climbed Scafel Pike & Snowdon & plan to climb Ben Nevis soon!

What’s your favourite part of being a member of Team Keylite?

So many reasons – it’s a brilliant product to bring to the market and being solus supplier to many National housebuilders – it is a really opportune time to be helping to grow the brand.

Everyone in the office are very pleasant and nice to work with, I feel very lucky to have found a company with such great values and such lovely people.
