My Centre Pivot Roof Window will not remain in the open position. How can this be resolved?

If you have a centre pivot window which is not staying in the open position this may be due to the pitch of your roof. The springs can be replaced with heavier duty springs that are now as standard within all Keylite Roof Windows.
