Keylite announced as a finalist at the 2023 NISMAs
Keylite Roof Windows (Keylite) is thrilled to announce it has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2023 Northern Ireland Social Media Awards for its Kick it with Keylite 2022 charity initiative.
The Northern Ireland Social Media Awards (NISMAs) recognises freelancers, individuals, teams, agencies and businesses across Northern Ireland delivering social media marketing and demonstrating excellence in their work.
Judged by an independent awards jury, Keylite has been shortlisted as a finalist in the “Best Use of Social Media in Service / B2B” category. The winners will be announced on the 7th October at a glittering dinner awards hosted at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Belfast.
The shortlisted campaign, Kick it With Keylite 2022, saw Keylite challenge the construction industry to ‘keep it up’ for Mates in Mind, a leading charity addressing the stigma of poor mental health within the construction sector.
The initiative encouraged merchants, trades and all those in the construction sector to record themselves doing as many keepie uppies as they can, share on social, donate to the charity and nominate a ‘mate in mind’ to get involved using the hashtag #KeepItUp.
2022 witnessed its best year yet for the initiative, hosting over fifty Kick it with Keylite merchant days, ‘keep it up’ videos posted across social media, and most importantly, £20,000 raised for such a vital charity.
Orlagh Bibby, Head of Marketing, Keylite commented: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for NISMA’s. Our #KeepItUp Kick it with Keylite 2022 initiative was truly special, providing a fantastic opportunity for us to engage with our amazing social media community and encourage mental health conversations at builders’ merchants, local contractors and construction sites across Northern Ireland.
“In addition to confronting the human cost of mental ill-health through this campaign, social media also helped us to raise a fantastic £20,00 for a mental health charity. We could not have done it without everyone’s hard work and participation. Thank you again to everyone who supported us, and good luck to all the other finalists!
