Coming in 18 sizes and various opening options, Keylite’s Premium Flat Glass Rooflights are perfect for transforming your space by flooding your room with natural daylight and stunning sky views.
This elegant flat roof solution incorporates a fully welded thermally broken aluminium frame and cill detail which has an edge-to-edge glazing design which enhances the overall appearance of the roof and improves thermal performance.
A motor-mounted chain and special motor brackets are implemented to allow the unit to be detached from the inside, in event of power failure (excluded fixed shut options). Trickle ventilation can be included as an optional extra to any Premium Flat Glass Rooflight variation.
Manual Opening: Incorporates a winding spindle opening to approximately 200mm (size range limited).
Electric Opening: Contains a concealed electric motor operated by a 230b slimline chain actuator.

- U-Value of 1.23W/m2.K.
- Compatible with builders and uPVC up-stands.
- Suitable for roof pitches between 5° and 20°.
- Can be installed on roof pitches below 5° when mounted to an additional up-stand at 5°.
- CWCT Class 1 non-fragile testing obtained.
